Welcome to Mind Milker ("we", "us", or "our"). Mind Milker is an AI-powered learning companion app that helps you explore topics, ask questions, and grow your knowledge through conversational AI. 2 Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
• Usage Data: We log anonymised analytics events (screens visited, features used, session duration) via Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app.
• Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics automatically captures crash reports including device model, OS version, and a stack trace. No personally identifiable information is deliberately included in crash reports.
• Conversation Content: Messages you send to the AI are processed in real-time on our backend to generate responses. We do not permanently store the full text of your conversations beyond what is required for session continuity.
• Voluntary Feedback: If you submit feedback through the in-app form, we store your message and user ID to improve the product.
• Log Data: Standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

4 Third-Party Services

Mind Milker integrates with the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication – Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – Firebase Privacy & Security
• DeepSeek AI – Conversation queries are forwarded to the DeepSeek API for response generation. Please review DeepSeek's privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing – In-app purchase transactions are handled by Google Play. We receive confirmation of purchases but not your full payment details.

5 Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics and crash data are retained per Firebase's default retention periods. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6 Children's Privacy

Mind Milker is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
